Building on insights gained from studying the customer buying process, Epic Notion creates target segments to ensure marketing dollars are used to pursue the highest value audience.
Once we have an understanding of the buying process, we then identify common customer groups, which may include new users, core users and brand advocates.
A common group will exhibit unique buying behaviors based on behavioral traits such as
- Attitude: "I prefer high quality"
- Functional Needs: "I need faster installation" or "I need better tasting"
- Circumstance: "I buy on impulse" or "I cannot find your product."
Then, considering buying process objectives you want to influence (e.g. proft, growth, share), we help you develop a marketing approach with tactics that are prioritized based on the most valuable segments.
